Mark was very detail oriented; I feel he looked out for our interests at every step of the process. He looked for new listing early every day and sent them to us quickly. He arranged for 15 showings until we found OUR house, then guided us through the offer and contract process. He knows the Syracuse market very well!

Mark Ceretto knows the market. I've sold 2 houses in the last few years with him each within a few days of listing. He has always priced correctly for both sellers and buyers and negotiated fairly as best he could.

I bought the the property through Mark. He was great. So when it was time to sell the house. I was not hesitate to have him selling the house for us. He was great again. We chose Mark based off other good reviews, his years of experience, and his experience with relocation. Simply put Mark is amazing, and I would not be writing this review in our new home if it wasn't for him.We were first time home buyers, and also buying a home in CNY while still living on the West Coast. We had kind of a special situation buying our first home from the opposite side of the country, but we felt 110% confident in Mark being able to help us get the right home in the right neighborhood.
